Pryme uses industry leading vertical systems including self climbing systems, jump systems and self-climbing perimeter safety screens. Our horizontal systems chosen from the world’s best include Meva decking systems, table form and others.

  1. 8. Finishing trades

We believe if the structure is correct, more often the project will finish on time. Therefore we aim to always deliver a quality product in a timely manner that doesn’t require the follow up from finishing trades. This means the following trades are able to perform their own deliveries at a consistent pace without interruption.

  1. 9. Structural refinements

We have the ability, through consultation with engineering companies with whom we are associated, to change structural elements. For example: using pre cast systems instead of in-situ concrete will not only cut down the scheduled time for lifting equipment, but will often cut down materials costs.

10. Alliances

To maximise time and cost efficiencies Pryme has alliances with other established construction companies that are capable of redesigning floor footprints to a more economical and easier to build option.
