Southport Central, Queensland – Raptis Group – completed 2009
This $700 million development by the Raptis Group is leading the reinvention of Southport on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The backbone of the Gold Coast's traditional business district it is playing a major role in attracting people and businesses back to Southport.
It consists of three 40 floor apartment tower, each with commercial and retail space.
Pryme used vertical and lift core self climbing systems and horizontal floor systems. Achieved 4 day floor cycles for typical 1100m2 floor area.
