The Oracle, Broadbeach - Grocon Construction

The Oracle, Broadbeach – Grocon Construction – to be completed in 2010.

Pryme is working with Grocon Construction in this two tower apartment residential development at Broadbeach for Gold Coast developers Niecon.

Situated on a 1.2 hectare block it also includes an up-market retail and dining precinct.

Work started on the site in October 2007 and is expected to be completed by 2010.

The 50 level tower has 264 apartments and the 40 level tower, 241 apartments.
