Pryme is proud of our alliance with Leighton Contractors, working alongside them on projects such as Green
Square, and HQ Development, both in Brisbane, Queensland.
Leighton is the preferred contractor for clients across a variety of industry sectors. They have more than 50 years’
experience in project management, expert engineering, innovative construction and reliable, high quality project
delivery across Australia and New Zealand.
Their huge portfolio includes Green Square, awarded the first Property Council of Australia’s 6 Star Green Star
for office design in Brisbane, Queensland.
Green Square also won the Sustainability and Environment categories at the Queensland Engineering Excellence
Awards in 2008 and is regularly used as a case study at national and international conferences.
Leighton’s HQ building in Brisbane, Queensland is a showcase for sustainability with features such as more air,
more natural light, expansive views and a bicycle centre.
The HQ project demonstrates Pryme’s ability to fast track projects working with the acknowledged world leaders
in safety, design, and construction.

Pryme is proud to partner Sunland Group in the Circle on Cavill development in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
Completed in 2009, this is a fabulous retail precinct with two residential towers of 70 and 50 floors.
With design excellence at the core of their culture Sunland has been responsible for world class developments
since 1983. Sunland Construction's Circle on Cavill development received widespread industry recognition winning a Regional Commendation at The Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) Queensland Architecture Awards in 2008.
