400 George St is a 33 level office building located in the commercial hub of Brisbane City's North Quarter.
Situated on the corner of George St and Turbot St, 400 George St is a high quality sustainable development that includes 43,000 square metres of 'A' grade office space, a Food hall, Restaurants, a Childcare Centre amd a Gymnasium.
Construction began in December 2006 and the project is on track for completion in mid 2009. 400 George St will showcase Australian excellence in environmental sustainable design, and has achieved a 5 Star Green Star office design rating. With a 3.1 metre floor to ceiling height around the perimeter, and depth of around 1.5 metres on all floors means there will be significantly more daylight penetrating into all floors. This helps to reduce energy consumption while providing a superior working environment.
